Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, close to the coast, free and easy parking. Traditional and stylish atmosphere with modern elevator access. Beautiful room with balcony and ensuite bathroom. Great swimming pool and enjoyable breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The decor is amazing. The lady in charge of breakfast was very friendly and helpful and patient with our limited French. I think her name was Beatrice. Another lady (the manageress I think) wasn't quite so accommodating when I spoke in English and spoke back to me only in French. The guy on reception was very helpful, smiley, and polite.

Our room felt a bit overlooked by people walking past and at the back of the hotel. We had to keep the curtains closed sometimes. A breakfast menu would be very helpful.

Location in Guethary which is a beautiful village and perfectly located for exploring the Basque region is fantastic, rooms are comfortable and quiet whilst typically Basque and quite simple. Staff very friendly and helpful, safe parking available.

Who needs heating in an outdoor swimming pool? It's much more enjoyable to freeze while swimming.

Perfect location for exploring nearby destinations and attractions. The room was comfy with nice linens and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating to your requests. The surrounding area was pleasantly quiet, which made it an ideal place to unwind and relax.

The room was dusty, outdated and in need of a bit of maintenance. Although the breakfast was okay, the menu was limited, and the food options were not to our liking.

Mattresses need replacing with products up to the standard of the price of the room. Its disappointing to be in such a pretty house and location then have an uncomfortable night. The mattress was also covered with plastic. This added to the discomfort.

It was exceptionally hot while we were there so lack of A/C could have been an issue, and there was loud music at night.
